      By the sounds of it your order was either botted, which is possible and he just hopped onto the client after to take a picture (you can see the situation potentially being that where @GraceGP only showed you a partial screen which should be mentioned and is very weird) you also agreed to no TOS, they have to have you actually confirm you agreed to tos if I recall, which you didn't so his TOS is trumped in this case

        Either that, or it was outsourced to a venny of which is why there is no pictures of anything, and as for the runelite picture crap that's done by default unless you turn it off manually.
