On a serious note, I had a severe head stratch at following statement from RuneStake :

We aren't putting together bespoke data packages for Yirru."

Our first Runescape gold selling site www.rsgoldmarkt.freewebs was launched in 2015. We did a whole restructure in 2017 creating a custom CMS with data transfer. We again redid the whole system in 2019. Since 2022 we've been working on remodeling the whole backend and front end (again). Having a customer base of well over 300.000 registered users in our latest CMS version with god knows how many orders, I can say without a doubt that not one piece of data has been lost and yes, everything is retrievable with the click of a couple of buttons. Indeed, the further you go back the longer the query will take to produce results. If I were to have to search in 2014 it would probably take some minutes. Anything in the last 2 years is recovered in seconds. I understand a betting site has more data collected but it's not like they have to go back to 2014. Not having a backup of customer data, let alone anything regarding something they're owed is UNACCEPTABLE.

"Query historic data is no easy feat" .... Uhm ... What? Yes it is ... It's very easy.. Let alone if your site is ONLY over 2 years old. That's infant stage in site years... How are you not able to retrieve data from ONLY 2 years ago. Is your staff calculating all these commissions by hand or what's going on? Is that where "The cost - Staff" is coming from or are you paying staff $47 a second to push a couple of buttons and start a search query?

How are you handling anything? If you're dealing with anything of monetary value you SHOULD have this "magic button" which isn't even magical because every RS site I know off has one...?
