TWC Appeal

Hello @GUAKANDA Gold,

Your TWC is for outsourcing *without notifying your customer, which in your particular case means that you let your customer trade with someone who is not you or your worker, but another customer/supplier, without sufficiently informing your customer.

To be clear, you can have a supplier trade with your customer, but it must be clear that he's not trading with you in-game.

I hope you understand what I mean, because there are some concerns that it may not be clear to you exactly why you have this TWC rank.

Please translate this text if you need to, or have someone with a better understanding of our rules explain it to you.

Alternatively, you can contact me and ask if it's still unclear.

That being said, you have received a few vouches and I don't think you pose enough of a threat to warrant TWC, therefore I support the removal.
