I called twice, they told me I had to do this, but I'm 15 and can't soo any suggestions on how to unlimit, 10.00 for a fix <3

Just go to your local retail store and buy one of those prepaid credit cards, or virtual credit cards online. Basically these are like mastercards that don't require a bank account, or anything like that. After you get the card just apply it to your paypal and it should be unlimited.

Same, some guy applied, but I can't pay him now. We're both really pissed. Any easy way to get passed this, my parents will have my neck if they know I'm using PP.
