Black people can use it and it wont be considered racist but...
White people cant. It would be considered racist otherwise.

My sister inlaw is black and she tells me this all the time, but her darker-than-wesley-snipes-purple-tracy-morgan-lookin-nigga of a brother, who is by all means buff, dont give 2 fucks what I say.....go figure..
