What you said in your appeal was true.
It doesn't mean a bot was reading it and randomly accepted yours, but that you weren't actually advertising and therefore the punishment was unwarranted.

 

they dont read appeals :L . Therse one on youtube where a guy got banned for scamming and he wrote in his appeal his dog attacked him and took control of the computer and started mass hacking people
