Grab some iron knives and head to the ogre cages by the gnome area by ardougne.

 

Pop out to my thread, there are ideas on that

Depends on how much you are willing to spend. Yaks with knives are decent xp, but nothing close to red chins at skeletons. I don't keep up on prices for red chins, but I would assume it would probably cost you anywhere from 5-10m to get to 85 range.

it all depends on how much you've got to spend, chinning is by far the fastest. Or train on fire giants

I wouldn't suggest chins at that level - not worth it.

Using a cannon at the lighthouse daggys,


A couple pros
Great charm drop rate
Dont lose much cash because of the seeds that they drop (alot of the time i dont lose anything at all because of lucky seed drops)
You can camp there forever if you have noted food.

Heres what 5k cannon balls got me. Really quick range exp aswell



Some quick tips
Make sure to wear high defensive armor, They may not be very accurate but your going to have about 10 different daggys attacking you at the same time.

Also keep a couple hundred or so monks noted and have about 100k cash on you so when your out of food you can go up to the second floor of the lighthouse, sell your 10-15 of your noted food to the general store (I believe his name is jared) and then buy it back so you can camp there for hours



Also dont do chins, the exp p/hr wont be nearly as high as you'd like it to be at level 63, wont be worth spending the cash on them
