Reporting Oceanstakes/Epicgold for scamming/doxing/blackmail/blackhat activities and threats to violence in real life

Proof Jayy is "Chuck and @Ayce " Is sent in private to a moderator for safety reasons protecting the individual tipping them off as if he were to be caught severe consequences would be inflicted by the users in question (Doxing/Irl Threats/Family Threats)

To the moderators reading this upon verifying the indisputable proof that it's @Jayy the sythe user we then proceed onto what has occurred:

Oceanstakes being a gambling server with a questionable bot being used that following this report a lot of users may question it's legitamacy, alongside Epicgold the GP rwt server

Name making IRL threats with violence



In attempts to blackmail me in overturning a decision made after name and chuck paid a developer named @dark_unicorn Dark Unicorn Vouch Thread who was convicted of doing the very crime i'm about to explain. Short story: Chuck and Name both paid a developer who was developing our server to mass ban our 3k member discord which they succeeded after which Name was deranked for such activities, there is a whole report on this on sythe already and dark unicorn was banned for this specific case.

I don't think people understand, mass banning 3k members means you don't only lose 3k members but you must manually unban them 1 by 1. The level of grief these individuals have inflicted upon myself/my team is unimaginable this is only the beggining..

Chuck himself scammed me for 1b+ with an in-game imposter while i was streaming afterwhich he found it funny to make a youtube video which is since deleted on the youtube channel named "aycers"
which brings in @Ayce sythe account into the picture. Chuck and Ayce made a youtube video of this scam going down alongside my dox in the title and the video - You can clearly see in the image below where this video was going..

Proof Oceanstakes collects IPs/discord tokens of all its members using savecord which violates international law of the computer misuse act for those that aren't aware this is what savecord does which has been verified by all sources.

This is clearly stated on the github, now following the doxing threats/irl threats and nature of these individuals it's clearly used/saved with malicious intent

It's false advertising and against international law - The bot adverts as "access username, avatar, banner and join servers" not stealing your IP which they later use to blackmail individuals/IRL threats.

Jayy a sythe user openly talking about purchasing "cracked" accounts which likely are sold and type of activity is completely forbidden on sythe. You are purchasing hacked accounts from users that worked hard/paid a lot for there accounts just to be re-sold to scumbags like you off the market

After violating international law, threatening irl violence, harrassing myself and my team, attempting to blackmail into giving in to his requests, engages in blackhat activities such as paying developers to mass ban members in our server, engage in cracked account activities, engage in saving IP's of sythe users that sign up on there discord without there consent, straight up scamming and making videos about the scam with dox informations within the video to degrade another mans character.

These individuals do not deserve a platform on sythe, there's clear malicious intent dealt with ALL members that are SHARING this one sythe account to branch off there multiple servers. This is a warning to all individuals these guys will do anything with all disregard to get there way even if it means threatening to kill...

Regarding the alleged scam of 800m / dox of bikers:

First of all the title of the YouTube video is indeed not doxing bikers unless his government name is "Stick figure indian"

Proof of repayment of this however will be sent in a deleted post for staff to see

Regarding the RestoreCord blackhat allegations:

We use restore cord to prevent alting in the billions worth of gp giveaways (which we run in discord.gg/oceanstakes with 2.5% tax 50/50s). There is no content which is blocked by the verify feature apart from entering giveaways for people who have never participated in our server.

Furthermore, there are numerous staking/gambling servers which use this feature such as runestake,dmsafe, and runewager. If this is included as blackhat then surely those must be taken into account as well.(proof of those sent in deleted)

There is no proof of us abusing this information which we gain from restore cord since it has never happened. We are more than willing however to edit the embed by the verify to make absolute certainty there is no confusion.

Regarding hacked accounts: This is something which I do not engage in ,but regardless it does not take place on sythe, is not advertised on sythe nor done with sythe members.

I bought a rank in bikers clan for $10k, he deranked me with no refund after 45 days, when he accused me of paying unicorns with no proof.


I was frustrated that I was being accused of something I didn’t do and, Bikers, someone who pretended to be my friend was screwing me over.


I was never intending to hurt Bikers ever, I said those things over 1 month ago and not spoken to him since, I apologise for any fear I may have caused him, but I don’t think he has an honest concern for his real life safety.


Addressing a private dm between me and your rank ‘Pingy’, I was not upset I wasn’t getting a reply, I was trolling and Pingy defiantly was removing messages. The image is clearly cropped, the conversation continues past where the screenshot ends, you can even see that in your edited picture the conversation continues on the 23rd.


This is not the scandal you make it out to be, you’re being dramatic in an attempt to hurt our business in retaliation for your own downfall. You got my 10k, you don’t seem like you’re going to refund, so please leave us alone.

Name (owner of Oceanstakes) and I were friends for a long time, until he completely destroyed that friendship by working with serial scammers.

Backstory: Name purchased a rank in a DM'ing cc I am apart of (did not do this through me, was a private deal he made with an admin at the time - he seems to always leave this part out) he claims he paid "$10k" for the rank, my split being 10b https://i.imgur.com/k42oKqM.png After he was warned SEVERAL times about his worker "Chuck" aka @Jayy a serial scammer who was attacking our server to calm it down, he began inviting users from the DM discord to his person gambling server (against the rules & immediate de-rank EVEN after being warned) - Proof can be provided. He was finally de-ranked when he was apart of the group with Chuck where they banned 1500 members from the server.
Name knows this to be true as we told him several times to pay for the server damages he and his worker (Chuck/ Jayy) caused and he'd be reinstated the rank. He offered $2,000 for discord damages out of chuck's pay (he can confirm this) which we denied as the severity of the case was more valuable.

The user Name (owner of Oceanstakes) began to threaten me in real life as shown above, and I was genuinely fearing for my life as this guy has previous history of obsessively following live streamer Ice Poseidon IRL and awkwardly shouting out "ocean stakes". <Removed check edit history> - Just one of the instances of him. He looks like a very intimidating person I do NOT want "attacking" me.

Seeing my life was at risk, I offered to give him my split of 10B back, he wanted the entire 50b worth in $ value, $10k from me. Which was not happening as he was the one breaking rules yet I was willing to pay back.

All evidence can be provided from information above. These two are unhinged and a danger to sythe users.

here is the full conversation that Name tried to hide/manipulate, I told Name "Looks like your partner did it", the partner being Jayy on sythe A.K.A Chuck of which Name the owner of Oceanstakes specifically mentioned "Bikers doesnt want them back". This is him ADMTITING to them hacking into our server Dark Unicorn (unicornbots) - Blackhat activity/Scammer.

Dark unicorn was PAID to do this by THEM. Name the owner of Oceanstakes is ADMITTING his partner did this and that bikers doesn't want them back which completely alligns with the context!!

Can this please be joined onto the oceanstakes report they must be dealt with swiftly this is not acceptable, a 3000 member server hacked into and BANNED 3000 members.
