Level 10, lower combat just looks better.

 

It's very hard to train RC on a level 3 with a good XP rate.

Level 10. Low combat level with an uncommon 99 is really cool to see. It's worth a good amount of money as well.

Level 3 and 57 Summoning is possible, in F2P.

The lower level you are, the better it looks. Nobody really expects a level 10 to have 99 runecrafting.

Hehe, yup, 99 Summoning with pouches is very fast at level 57+ (up to 30k xp/h).

 

On the level 10... would look like more of an achievement to get rather than on a main.

 

Doing it on the level 10 would be awesome imo.

 

could u tell me how much the pouches into scrolls cost? i got a 117 skiller(combat turned into skiller) and id be interested in doin that

btw gl with the 99 rc, it was way to much for me to do again =p
