I need a good place to train my strength and attack, right now im 35 attack, 30 strength ,1 def, 28 hp. can someone help.

 

go down into the stronghold in the middle of barbarian village...
there are many levels down there, take plenty food.

thanks guys, and whats the easiest way to get to rock crabs if i cant tele there? and is their a bank by the rock crabs?

 

Camelot teleport tab and run north to them.

 

Forget Rock Crabs at your current level, Especially with 1 Defence. Plus the closest bank is in Seers. Stick to Stronghold.

Edgeville just north, if you can afford it buy some Amulet of Glories use them to teleport to Edgeville. Good luck!

Nonmember? Stronghold till 40-50-1 and then move to al kharid warriors.
