Magic training 40-60 (non-teleport)

Hello everyone. Does anyone have any ideas on places to safely mage npc's from Magic level 40-60? I'll be using Fire Bolt and am a member.

instead of maging npcs you could make teletabs there profitable and pretty fast

 

Hmm... If you're doing this legit, I've always liked the Lessers in Karamja before the Crandor entrance. The spot in between the stalagmites is pretty good.

 

If you're low level you could try the lesser demon in the wizard guild or the ogres at the combat training place.

Possibly the black demons behind the fence in taverly.

Try FOG, Thats how I've always gotten my accounts 1-60 magic and its free! Good luck with it.

 

A very cheap method is cursing. If you buy a a mud battlestaff, each curse only costs a body rune which is 5gp each.
The fastest way without teleporting would probably be fire-bolting on lesser demons at karamja volcano, using the safespots.
If your looking to make money, then either telegrabbing wines of zamorak at the chaos altar, or making teletabs would be your best bet.

Since chaos runes are cheaper then ever nowadays why not firebolts monsters that you'd normally range? I've been killing giant rock crabs (can be partially safe spotted) with my low lvl mage account and enjoyed the cash/charms it yielded.
