Odd question: Is there a way to lock rooms within the IRC? I ask this for MMing trades - we'd only want the traders and the middle man, not randoms.

 

I know you can password protect rooms when you register them.

 

Make your channel +i or +k

 

The only problem with Sythe IRC is not enough activity! It's a lot of fun and you get plenty of laughs out of it. Come join us!

well i'm getting the token fine, i'm on it sometimes but as people say its mostly reather dead in there ...
partially due to the timezone i'm in but even so...

 

I havent been on in a week or so, I'll try to make it here later today.

 

I was trying to do /login 'token here', and it keeps telling me to choose a nickname. =/

I'm trying to use IceChat but it won't connect - I tried to find the right settings at http://searchirc.com/network/Sythe but it couldn't even find it. help would be appreciated

When are you guys making like a webclient?

 

I think its the DDoS protection that is stopping us connecting, hence why it says 'connection refused'

and to answer Gohan, All i know is that Sythe is/was working on it, and x9 was helping, so Im unsure whats happening now.

Is IRC closed forever or just for a temp time?
