Okay so I am a bit confused. Say I buy the senior sergeant rank for $115. I will be sold 77% of my total wealth in the item that is being merched? But will I also be notified of the item before the public?

 

If im not mistaken the 77% means (i.e. you have 100m the leaders of the clan will sell you 77m worth of the product) you are guaranteed the % worth of the item depending on your rank. I think the leaders of the clan discuss the item/buy the item then sell some of the item to the paying ranked members up to 500m worth. After that, you trying to buy more of the item is on your own if you want to buy more then what your rank allows.

Yes you will be notified before the public.

This is correct, thanks for summing that up This works a lot better as members of the clan are physically sold stock, and dont rely on stock in the grand exchange. Meaning it is a win win situation for all.

If i buy the senior seargent rank i can invest 21M ... how long do you think it would take to turn 21M into 100M? or than 100M into 200M?

If you bought senior sergeant, I'd give a ROUGH estimate of 3 weeks to 100m and 100m - 200m ~12 days. 200m - 400m another 12 days.
