What time period would you liked to have lived in?

Please don't say the middle ages because you play Runescape. Consider every aspect, and let's make this a logical and serious conversation, shall we?

I'd have liked to live in the 1800s because of the lack of digitization...Every gadget was mechanical instead of electrical. We used gears and nozzles instead of circuits and wires. Not to mention, the world belonged to gentlemen of class, you could get away with having extreme sideburns and a top hat without being singled out as the odd one

 

Being athletic and loving my athletic ability. I would of loved to live back in the jousting days where they would compete in tournaments and what not. Seems fun and a lot of competition.

 

I'd think it would be interesting to live in Roman times. Not to mention orgies for desert

 

lol, being able to have side burns is a good factor to look at.

I would have liked to be the age I am now but in the 1970's.
I here in the 70's girls were easy to get with, it was all parties and everybody smoked weed. (I don't smoke weed now but I probably would if half the nation smoked it) It was just layed back and cool in those days.

Also, If I did go back I would still be able to live today and be incredibly rich, as i would know lottery numbers and what items to invest in.

Edit: If I could stay how I am, I would love to have gone back into Roman times.
Everyone was really small (5ft or below) so I would love to be the size I am now (6ft 4) have all the armour and weapons and just bash tiny peoples heads in.
Although coming from England I'd probably be a barbarian and the romans would kill me.

5,000 years ago, that's when the history of China started around. Also, knowing that China has the longest recorded history in the world, it would be cool to experience it from there.

The 50s. It was one the best times for America, in my opinion. It was the time when the United States was just starting to rise as a global superpower. World War II was over. It was an amazing time.

 

60's and 70's, where everyone had fun, there wasn't as many things to worry about, and people could just do their thing.

 

I'd love to relive the 90s a bit more aged than I was. The music was amazing, CD players were the shit, and Pokemon was the biggest fad in the world. What's not to love?

 

I went with 50s-60s. Immigration barely existed, war was over and the people were alot more respectful of each other back then, it was a more family oriented era. Thats one thing i'm sorry that alot of people in the world do not have anymore... respect.

Probably the middle ages.

I like the concept of up close and personal combat. Not the modern nukes, guns and whatnot, but simply a sword and shield. The thrill and adrenaline would be like none other.

Of course I'd rather live in the present day than in the middle of a battlefield if my actual well-being was at risk, but if it was just for a day or something, that would be my option.

 

I would want to go back when Jesus was alive in human form.
