When i first found out he was banned i did post that as long as he doesnt try to reclaim he was still in the draw, then i pmed you asking if he refunding the payment and i took what you message to say he did but your good at claims. I will add him back up with that said.

This maybe so, but i didn't state in my rules i would exclude people for being banned (he did not attempt to obtain his donation back) so i fail to see why I should exclude him.

Why was this drawn so early ? Was it not suppose to go on until November ?
