If you are, then you've come to the right place.

Photon Gaming is my new project; It'll be a predecessor of my very successful RSPS, LostPkz, which topped out at 500 to 600 players online at one time, and held a decent economy.

I understand that you, as a player of a private server, aren't looking for an exact copy of RuneScape; you're looking for a game which incorporates the fun parts of a game you enjoy into one thing, and allows you to enjoy the game much more; this is what Photon will bring you.

No, this doesn't mean you'll get all 99s when you log in, but training will not be difficult. No this doesn't mean you'll be able to spawn, but basic items will not be hard to get. But this does mean a very advanced PKing system, which will not have flaws like other private servers, meaning a more real, yet more fun, version of other private servers.
