SytheClient 2.0 Preview

This is a small preview of what SytheClient 2.0 will look like. I've only recently started active development on it, so things are still very open to change, but this will be the general idea that will stay solid, until SytheClient 3.0 at least.



All features will appear in the panel to the left; the panel's position will be able to be changed of course, from left to right to top to bottom. As opposed to SytheClient 1.03 and above, instead of having plugins loaded into a drop-down box without and appealing visual components, all detected plugins will be loaded as their own "feature" in the feature panel, with an icon and all.

The goal of this new version of the client is to keep the same power and flexibility of the last version, but to make it simple and easy to use.

It will contain all the same features of the previous version of SytheClient and much more, so look forward to it! I plan to have it ready for a public release within the next 2 weeks or so depending on my schoolwork.

Will you have different themes?

Right now there aren't any other themes since I'm just trying to get all the features in first, but yes, there will eventually be different themes. Instead of going through the trouble of making a theme designer though, I'll probably just make a lot of default themes to encompass everyone's general taste.

It looks pretty good, keep it up. But you should change that VB.NET icon in the upper left hand corner.

 

Of course, this can currently really not even be called an alpha yet, still lots to do.

 

So if I use this could maybe like prevent lag?
