College/High School Athletics Thread

Since school has started back up, we need this thread.



For college, football has started back up.

Post anything here involving athletics. It could range from the NCAA to your local high school leagues.



I play basketball/volleyball. Hopefully this year I can solidify my scholarship offers for volleyball.

Lol, I think the university football team, where I atttend, got banned/shut down. They got caught using steroids

cant wait for college football, let alone nfl! but this boise state VA tech game is good anyone else watchin?

 

what kind of college doesn't have a football team?

 

DIII schools? Some small liberal arts schools? I'm sure there are quite a few out there without one.

 

Probably more don't than do.

 

I'm pretty sure all NCAA (DIII included) are mandated to have a team for all NCAA sports, including football.

I'm playing High School Varsity Tennis and training and crosstraining all year. Used to do soccer but stopped to focus on Tennis.

 

lol. We used to have football and my school made a new stadium four years only to drop football completely. Got dropped 2 years ago i think.

 

There's nothing on Google. He originally chose Florida but decided to go back on his verbal agreement :huh:.

 

Hes only a junior, so look next year.

 

He's entering senior year this year ^_^.

I think he's going to be a scorer like a ripe T-Mac.

 

Boise is hopefully going to play for the National Title. I wouldn't be shocked if they won either.

Of course the idiots from the BCS will find every reason to prevent them from playing because some strength of schedule bullshit. Boise has beaten everyone that's faced them. To go on the road to Virginia Tech and win then have people complain about strength of schedule? Please go watch something else..

 

Put em up against the powerhouses during the regular season then.

 

Lets see them against some SEC teams. (Alabama, Florida, Lsu...)
Im telling you SEC is where college football is at.
