<18 nudies

In America, anything 18+ is child pornography.
And i respect your decision, i wish that i had the sexual self-control to do something like that.

 

If you're girl/boy friend decides to send you nude pics, I don't see the trouble in that, however if you post those pictures meant for your eyes only on the internet, I would assume you could get charged for child pornography because anyone else viewing it wouldn't know if it came from a 16 year old or a 40 year old.

 

Iirc somewhere in the USA if a child takes a naked picture of themselves and saves it on their computer they can get charged for creation and possession of child porn and possibly even go to jail for it.

 

If your dating someone or "talking" to them, than yeah it's not weird or anything. If your 18+ and are going out of your way searching for pics of young 15 or younger girls than you got a problem.

 

If someone with feelings for you feels the need to send you pictures of themselves, I don't believe you have done anything wrong. If they are forced or blackmailed into doing so the person who is making them do it is in the wrong, not necessarily you.

 

Agree, i mean it i get a pic of a naked girl my age on my phone, then why shouldnt I look at it?

I take the view its ok as long as they are around the same age and it remains private although it always gets leaked.

 

When I was 14 I lost my virginity to an 18 year old, I didn't see her as being in the wrong, I developed early when I was young so I looked a lot older.

Now I am 18, I have to admit, I have been in a few clubs before (gotta be 18+ to get in all of them) and I have danced with a girl and once I get chatting to hear I find out she is 14-16. Girls can look very deceiving these days with all the make up they wear and the clothes they wear and make them look a lot older.

 

It is child porn. If 2 teens are in a relationship, they should keep their pictures to themselves. Sending them out to their friends is probably one of the most idiotic things you could do.

 

It is child pornography but does that mean they can get in trouble for it? they are in the same age bracket you would think it's not to horrible.

Anyways, when I was in High School this wasn't such a big deal as it is now. You could find pictures of pretty much any girl you wanted to SOMEWHERE. I think it's fine if it stays within your age limit.

It's slutty IMO. Those pictures have circulated my school and it's pretty disgusting, they're usually ugly too. But none the less I think that if a girl sends a guy a picture, she's the one that has published it - not him. He shouldn't be sent to jail for showing it to a friend... just my opinion.

Lol? It's completely different, no argument there. Just like a 16 year old having sex with another 16 year old is different than a 16 year old having sex with a 6 year old. It's called puberty. Makes a world of difference.

Pictures from one teenager to another would be acceptable in my opinion; from a teenager to a 50 year old person, no, just no.

 

If me and my girlfriend or a girl im talking to want to exchange nudes and were the same age i dont see what the problem is. child pornography? A child to me is 10 years or less of age. Ive sent and received nudes serveral times im not immature i dont mass text all my friends as soon as i get one. That basically saying not to have sex with each other till your 18

There's a difference between a 40 year old looking at pictures a 14 year old girl sent him compared to a 15 year old boy coaxing pics out of the same 14 year old girl.

However, if the 15 year old sent them around to hundreds of people, then I believe he should be labled as a sex offender.

 

Where I'm from, you're legally allowed to have sex at 16 but not allowed to appear in pornography of any kind until the age of 18.
If caught by anyone for being in possession of child pornography (anyone under 18) you can get fined and sent to jail etc.
If things are similar to this in other countries... why not just meet up in person anyway, they will notice more about the other person and the reaction of the person who would have otherwise been recieving the pictures is visible (isn't that part of the point?)
Oh, and someone mentioned something about asking for nudes at 16 then being disgusted if your 16 year old daughter sent nudes, you realise that people change a lot between the ages of 16-40, and it's not like at 16 your parents would like for you to be sending/recieving nudes anyway.
