Many times I have had questions about just about anything and they have been answered by rohail. He's a hard worker and he's an OMM with 150+ vouches. He's an ex head user educator which shows he's capable of handling a moderator position. He's also very active in all sorts of market section.

ss23 would be my pick for a programming mod. Despite his lack of posts and involvement, I'm sure that he'd be willing to pick up the pace should he be given the position. He's one of the only few left who really know what they're doing in pretty much every programming section, so he's ideal for it. He has my vote.

Argument for user being promoted:

I believe that 333 is the best suitable candidate for the off-topic mod position. He's probably the most active person in that section, and he's truly respected by many. He's not in the markets or anything of that sort, which makes him invulnerable for any frame attempts or scams or anything of that sort. 333 shows very great character in the posts he makes and doesn't post any stupid unnecessary posts. He's also very good with staying out of any spam forum drama and isn't a bad troll or anything of that sort. I've known 333 for awhile now and he definitely knows his stuff. He doesn't usually get noticed around the forums, but he spends lots of time on the forums and is EXTREMELY active in the off-topic section.

Now that plznate has been banned, x0rohail0x is my new pick for one of the vacant Market Mod positions. This OMM has built up great trust in the community and has a quality few market mods possess, he knows much about the markets outside of the runescape market, while still maintaining a plethora of knowledge about the runescape market itself. As a previous staff member and moderator (of sorts), x0rohail0x has the experience it takes to be the next sectional.

He is a very loyal member and has proved himself to a be a good asset to this community. You rarely ever have any problems with video. None that I have seen except for the mistaken banning. He is always community focused and helps alot with suggestions. He has donated 100.00 to the community and has earned himself the U.E rank. He is legit with all his sales and is always happy to answer someones question when everyone else shrugs it off. I think he is well experienced. Very mature and would be a very good asset to the staff team. (Hes also not a regular spam forum user like alot of the staff and doesnt get involved with all the drama)

Argument:

I think Cskiffingt1 would be a good canditate for either of these positions because he shows some true enthusiasm around the fourms. Maybe not as much as most people, but im sure if he gets elected, he will step it up.

As you will see below, he reports a fair amount of posts, helps out other users. He also knows a lot about Runescape, WoW, and any console gaming, as well as quite a few RPG/MMORPG games.

Im sure that if you choose him to be a moderator, you won't be sorry, he will greatly help out this community, he is also a donator to the site, and as far as I know, hoping to donate more in the future.

Market Moderator

xeleration is one of the most experienced Steam traders here on Sythe, with arguably the largest and most successful Steam store here . His in-depth Steam selling guide (http://www.sythe.org/showthread.php?t=698833) is a good example of this. I believe that Sythe would benefit with having him as a moderator because none of the current market moderators (or globals for that matter) are very familiar with Steam, or do not moderate it (I think only Gohan actively moderates the section).

His expertise is not limited to the steam market and also has some level of familiarity with Runescape and Paypal.

A lot of these posts are also paypal related, which also reinforces the fact he would be a good choice for Market Mod and is knowledgeable in the area.

Argument for user being promoted: Roy is helpful, trusted members that has been on this site for years. He isn't the type of person going around causing trouble or e-drama. I think Roy would be most helpful at the MARKET MOD position due to his in-depth knowledge of it. As the owner of nearly 3,300 post and a successful pin business AND site he has the qualities of a good future mod. Even though hes butt hurt about the 2010 NBA Finals (and doesn't want it mentioned) he can take jokes well, and is friendly/helpful.

If someone is short a quarter or 2, Roy lets it slide when pin selling. Doing this shows the quality of being unselfish, which isn't common.

He's middlemanned a few of my trades and he is a very genuine guy. I had a bunch of questions and he didn't even seem annoyed and answered them promptly. He's a user educator and I've seen him help out a bunch of people with personal problems, he has also helped me out with some botting issues I was having on my zerker.
