I think this sort of nice treatment should happen a lot more.

I'm happy with everything Sythe has done, besides the ban of Sindrefyrn. I'd PM you about it Sythe, as I believe there are some points to be raised but I don't know if I should.

 

I'm also very happy with how he is has been a little more open with the community with the last few decisions.

It's good to see that the admins are involved on the website

 

At the beginning of Sythe's banning-spree I was terrified, but now I have to say that I have a lot more respect for him. He's basically doing what everybody has been wanting to happen for months. I'm also thrilled to see he is trying to replace the selling of pins.

So as SuF said, +1 to Sythe.

I know. At the time I posted that, I believe he didn't, but he later confessed to me when I asked him. He should remain banned. >_>

 

It's great that we're finally giving some power to the people over big issues such as permanent bans and mod promotions. However, it's important to give the staff the final say; they were promoted for a reason after all.

I'm also happy that Sythe has been playing a role in the public's suggestions and opinions about certain issues, and I'm glad that we have such a great owner of this site.

 

Trolls are the reason I started to move away from the spam forum. He's conveyed an advocacy to them which I like. I also like the democracy type thing which he's done, giving the regulars to voice their opinions.

No, its supposed to be a place to chill out and have fun. Not troll the owner.

 

Sythe has done a lot for us. If it wasn't for him I wouldn't have this cool website too look forward to posting on, I wouldn't have made all of these friends and I wouldn't have learnt so much cool stuff from the intelligent people we have here. He dedicates his own time and money too keep this site up for us and he deserves our respect. Sure he gets donations from us but the majority of the donations that go through probably aren't done for thanking Sythe but for the cool rank + benefits.

And yes, It has been much nicer seeing Sythe get into the community more. I'd also like to thank any staff members who agreed in allowing us regular members to nominate staff members.

Does it entail a permanent TWC and market ban? Or just a 3 month ban.
