You won't get the SGS, because it isn't part of the drop tables. All you will get is a lot of junk drops, and perhaps an Ancient statuette or two.

 

It is a possible drop, however chances are so slim. I never seen it happen unless the 2 was targets and had just as much risked. The loot won't be much better than a whip trick.

 

I gotten arcane spirit shield with 79% ep, he wasn't my target. So, chances are real, but they're low.
