It can't really be afk'ed. Assuming you use the fastest method, suiciding on castle, you need to join a game, then set your troops to attack the castle walls, then you have max 4 minutes of AFK, before you need to return again to suicide, leave, reheal your groups, and then join a new game.

So it cannot be AFK'ed, at all...

 

You seem like you know alot, wanna do it for my lvl 133?

I've done it enough times on my own accounts, but as the first comment said, the pay isn't really worth the time, I'm afraid.

With a high rank, you can purchase fairly prestigious outfits, as well as being able to enchant rings to give them enhanced stats (increased str bonus).

 

People do it for rewards, for example you can get imbued rings. This gives rings better stats. You can also get quest kits, and an orb thing that teleports you to certain areas that contain resources. Even then, I don't really see the point either.
