I have an account with 117m on it to be transferred to another account, I am willing to pay 40m gp (transferr 77m to my account and 40m to your own) and you can keep the account (lvl 93 str lvl 89 mining, quests done for rune mining spot) or I can pay $35 for all 117m to be transferred to the second account.

The person either needs to be highly trusted or willing for me to be on the second account (as it doesn't belong to me) while the money is being transferred.
