Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:

We are reposting our pardon as we were still analyzing the last case to ensure all staff members are on board with our proposed solution before we reply on Sythe.

In regards to the first report linked above, we believe we made a mistake advertising our accounts the way we did, and we refunded Lordzuku in a way we feel was more than fair for the inconvenience caused, giving him multiple options to choose from. We regret advertising the account the way we did, and have since updated all of our titles and descriptions to ensure this does not happen again.

The second and third report were cases where vendors prefer an open balance with us for easy gold transactions. However, past instances have shown delays in withdrawals due to low rolling balances or negative balances caused by ongoing business activities. To stabilize the balance, we often pay vendors through gold trades, which allows them to absorb gold without needing to top up with crypto. This practice extends to trusted vendors like secnx and obadias. General withdrawals are requested to bring the balance down when gold sales exceed purchases. These thresholds have increased over the years due to increased business. Recently the vendors requested repeated general withdrawals, but we prioritized withdrawals made via gold. Moving forward we'll be communicating to our vendors that they can withdraw a specific amount, and in doing so, that amount will be put aside in processing until disbursed (in other words unable to retroactively use the processing amount against gold sales) Additionally, we plan to enhance our website to enable direct balance withdrawals and provide more tools for processing and available balances.

Regarding the incident mentioned in the fourth report, we humbly admit that our staff made an error by mistakenly believing we had the necessary stock to fulfill stakebaked's order. This oversight resulted in inconvenience and a delayed resolution, for which we have apologized. Additionally, we faced challenges with the refund process, particularly for LTC transactions, due to the unavailability of certain team members. We acknowledge our shortcomings and have taken immediate steps to prevent similar occurrences in the future. We have provided stakebaked with compensation as a gesture of our remorse, and we are fully committed to improving our services to ensure a better customer experience. Despite these regrettable disputes, we want to highlight that our company deals with an immense volume of transactions on a daily basis. While the occurrence of such issues is unacceptable, it is important to note that our overall satisfaction rate remains remarkably high. We deeply value our customers' trust and are dedicated to learning from our mistakes, striving for excellence, and continuously enhancing our services.

Finally, we would like to address the circumstances surrounding the delayed payment in the last report. The situation arose unexpectedly as we had anticipated having BTC available much earlier, which caused the delay. We had offered alternative payment methods for immediate settlement on multiple occasions, but Aill declined those options and specifically requested BTC as the payment method. That being said, when Aill asked about the payment timeframe, we initially suggested it could take around 1 or 2 hours, but also mentioned the possibility of it taking a few hours. The term "a few hours" is flexible and can range anywhere from 1-2 hours to possibly 10. Upon reviewing the chat logs, Aill had agreed to these terms. Therefore, if Aill had raised any concerns about the payment time and requested the return of the gold at that moment, we would have promptly returned it. However, since Aill agreed to wait, we proceeded with selling off the gold and thus were unable to return it when he requested it. Eventually, we were able to send the BTC payment, and as agreed, we also sent an additional $20 after he declined to refund the BTC and take the 2B GP back. Aill has since expressed interest in continuing to work with us as a trainer and would like to start working for us soon.

Additionally, in order to prevent future occurrences of such issues, we have implemented an embed feature for each sales ticket generated on our server. This embed serves to notify users about any possible payment delays. imgur.com
