Smoking accessories aren't illegal, there are places called head shops everywhere that publicly sell bongs, salvia, pipes, slides, etc.

Lawl. Toronto basically has public businesses that sell weed (weed cafes, it's used in food and drinks), and there are also places that let people come in and smoke their own, or use their vapourizers.

You should be completely ok though, nothing illegal about the bong on its own.

Ive bought loads of smoking accesories (Primarily because it's cheaper, and i have to travel 45 minutes to get to a decent enough headshop...Fuuu) without any problems.

Recently got a nice big hookah to sit in my room. Smokes beautifully.

 

I bought crack on eBay one time ... Jk. But there are many online stores dedicated to selling smoking accessories

 

I did this summer, got tired of making Bowls and Bongs. Hits greatt <3 and no they shouldn't do anything about it really. Smoking accessories are legal.
