Which violation you are reporting the user for: market manipulation + false advertising

Why you think they're violating Sythe rules:

Chicks gold was recently involved in this report - chicksgold / He did not pay for the gold and wants to give me the gold

In this report, they take 2b and claim to have an issue paying the customer, then when he asks for a gold refund they mention they need to either take 2b stock at the same rate, or give him a reduced payment amount to reflect the new gold settlement price, the issue here is on chicks website they clearly state they have tons of gold in fact - over 300b at the time of this report. This is market manipulation and false advertising because if you really had 300b+ how can you not pay 2b at a even rate? even if the rate was slightly off value, im sure the 300b you have will far outweigh the profits on that. So this is clearly a extremely shady form of market manipulation and false advertising, selling gold they DONT have and lying about the onhand stock to deliver orders, go try to order 300b from chicks and let me know how that goes. I'm sure it's quite hard to sell stock you don't have in a fair timely manner.

I also think there is a serious flaw in the sythe rules if they are allowed to lie about the stock they have - how can you trust the integritey of a seller on this website if i can pay them for 300B osrs gp valued at over $60,000 USD when they do NOT have that on hand... Especially with chicks prior past of stalling extremely high tabs of over $20,000 USD Multiple times..

Maybe this report is a good example of why the ' market manipulation ' rulings need to add things like this to a list of NONO's. I guarantee you if a new user claimed they had 300B osrs for sale they'd be instantly DNTED.

@Chicks can you happen to show me proof of 300B osrs between mules ready for fast delivery?

Can it be agreed upon that giving yourself a unfair advantage is market manipulation? For reference, if i reported a brand new user for claiming they have 300B osrs stock on hand, would they not be punished as well?

 

I'm still waiting for any form of proof that you can deliver 341.297b osrs @Chicks

This should be an easy task as well since it is the EXACT same amount of stock you claimed to have on the website when I first made this report.
