    is a joke ?the buyer bought the gold, I delivered it, he was banned and opened a dispute and won the dispute. you returned the money to himso he has the money and the goldwhy are you doing this?

    the buyer bought gold but gave uphe canceled stating that it was my fault for not delivering on time, but it's a lie because I tried several times to deliver the gold and he refusedI accepted the dispute because I didn't deliver the gold and I was punished by paying $14 dollarsWhat should I do in these situations to not pay a fine for buyer errors?

    Hi again, Obadias. Please do not accept the dispute decision as this means you accept any fault with the transaction (whether it's not delivering on time or delivering an order that is not as described) and instead, you should dispute it back.

    If you were trying to deliver this order and the buyer is not responding, please send proof of it immediately to [email protected] - kindly include screenshots of your chat on the site to show that you've been reaching out so if the buyer tries to refund, you can argue the order with the proof you sent our team. We would always need proof to support user claims - whether it's from the buyer or seller.

    Hello, I have 1 small problem, I sold my account on June 7, and everything went well, and on June 14, the order was appealed and the client claimed that the account was banned for USE of bots, and he was requesting a refund, I told him that this is not possible, since in my TOS of sythe I clarify (I am not responsible for any ban due to the use of bots) I will leave the proof here: imgur.com (you can see it in my order) I do not accept the refund, since you will take 10% of the value of the account + I will lose money, and also, the client had the account for 1 week or more, and he could have added bots to the account, and he simply wants 1 refund, and that doesn't seem fair to me.


    in the dispute I clarified and said why I think he used bots, and also, he appealed the ban, and it was accepted by jagex (in our conversations you can see the conversation) right now he is using the account, he has read my messages, and He doesn't answer me, and he is using the account, all the evidence is in our dispute + our private PA conversations, and right now, he has a fully unbanned and fully operational account, and I am afraid of losing the dispute and losing money, please help me solve this
    PS: I also offered to appeal the ban, and if jagex didn't accept it, I would give him 1 replacement account, and he just read me and didn't answer me (you can see everything I said in PA)
    It should be noted that I clearly stated (my standard 1-month guarantee does not cover bans of any kind) also... he had the account for 1 week or more, and could have done anything, I would really appreciate it if you could help me solve this problem, thank you so much

    Hi, Livelio. Thank you for the detailed explanation.

    I checked your dispute and you're on the right track. Perhaps worth noting: the last reply is from your buyer, please see if you can make another reply in the dispute thread to ensure your participation (which is an evaluation used by our team to determine whose side the dispute decision will be rewarded to).

    I do NOT recommend providing a replacement account. Please see the dispute through the end and instead and insist to get paid once the dispute becomes escalated (available to either party after 72 hours, when no agreement can be made). Also, you did right by the buyer and the order by offering to help appeal the ban. If you can do that now, that would almost seal your win in the dispute since the account is recovered and the buyer has no reason to dispute this favor. Further, I believe you were also right in refusing the refund; if you could, please update your refund statement on your offers to mention that you do not cover refunds for account bans caused by your buyers (in case it's not stated yet).

    For now, we cannot intervene or make a decision and the dispute will have to be settled between you and the buyer. I did not see anything wrong with your statements and you should be on the right track, so for now, kindly continue replying to the dispute thread whenever you can.

    They refunded the order, and besides that I received 1 account with 1 black mark, they also just left me 1 penalty of $11 for something that is not even my fault, this does not seem fair at all...
    A simple refund would have been nice and that's it, but because they discount me $11, for something that is not my fault at all.

    Your fee is now removed; thank you for the case update. I'm afraid the refund had to be processed because the buyer and our staff never heard back from you (in my first paragraph above, I recommended you replied back - I understand you may no longer be interested in doing so) and because the order came with your own after-sale protection, the refund had to be processed.

    In case there's anything else I can check for you, please let me know.

    i am a seller on playerauctions and i have been suspended (Again) but this time without any communication.

    I believe this is for high disputes but our disputes have gone down by 30% and sales have almost doubled, i dont understand what is the problem here.

To reiterate what I sent in EpicNPC, you have written on all of our available channels and I have already shared with you that this is under the jurisdiction of our dispute team. I'm sorry for the frustration you're having with this but you're already in direct communication with the team handling this via your ticket; please stay tuned to it. I've made all necessary escalation steps and follow up requests for this already and I will need to ask you to please wait for their decision.

    (Addendum) Kindly note that this was never "without any communication", you have been expressly warned via email, you've replied to them, and you were even suspended before this due to repeated disputes by your buyers with the same patterns and issues. This is hardly a communication issue.

    i understand, i thought i would be speaking to different staff on different platforms. Anyways i just wanted to point out few things.

    1. Email about suspension was sent 1h+ after suspension thats why i wrote i was suspended without communication.
    2. i was never "warned" about anything. i was just suspended and yes this is the 2nd time in 5 years that we have been suspended.

    Hello. My name is Mihai Munteanu and i have the following problem : I am trying to sell an item on Player Auctions website and i cannot because it asks me for a routing bank number which does not exist for my bank. Also, when i try to set up a ticket in help center it asks me for an order id which does not exist cannot be as i want only to sell an item . Please help me fix these issues once and for all. Thank you.

    Hello, Mihai. For the ticket form, the order ID is optional and is never required. If you went ahead with the ticket, please send me the ticket number here so we can contact you in helping you set up your disbursement account.

    The routing number is 9-digits and is, in many ways, kind of like the bank's "username". It may also be called a transit number. Please note that this is different from the account number; both the account number and routing number exist at the same time. The account number is yours, while the routing number is from the bank. They can provide this to you.

    @PlayerAuctions For OSRS item delivery, are screenshots of the trade and after-trade screenshot not enough to prove delivery? Please check Order 10929670. There were two screenshots provided, first one shows the items are put on the trade interface, buyer accepted. The second one shows trade was accepted by the seller too, and items were gone from his inventory. It seems the person who was reviewing the case doesn't have a clue how RS trade works?

    Hi there. Your case has no decision yet — I'm not sure what the reason is for asking if the agent knows how RS trade works. It's currently in Escalated status.

    Please note that the buyer has good reason for disputing this. Before you even trade the goods, you already confirmed the order to be delivered. That is misrepresentation or false claim, I'm afraid. The confirmation is not to signify that "I will be doing the trade now", but rather, it's to tell "I've done the trade".

    I understand you may be doing this to avoid crossing your delivery guarantee threshold, and that you have no ill intentions of misrepresenting the order (that you still plan to deliver this fully at 100%), but confirming the order before the delivery is done still isn't proper, which is why the buyer disputed this out of concern that you may not have planned to fulfill the order.

    I will ask our team to check on this and see if they can do something.
