I have also seen the above archived report and after reading it, the owner of the account was actually being generous to the guy that made the mistake, as you can see in the report he said on multiple occasions he was "giving the guy a break". I have NO intention in doing the same. Especially after me trying to work it out with you guys directly before it got to this point and you guys just continuously being disrespectful and childish towards the situation. I see Worthy make a post "LMFAO" after his "Wife/girlfriend" makes a post, yet the jokes on the both of you because clearly the account does have barrows gloves.
To Sythe staff, i can't trust a word these guys say or anything that they do. I spoke to a few account sellers myself and believe it or not a few people that don't even know me have reached out to me regarding this situation saying that what i'm saying is fair and accurate.
It's very clear since the beginning of this situation happening, Worthy and Chelsea have just tried to dead the situation, no intention of rectifying it and when it's now gotten to this stage are still trying to find little reasons to get out lighter than what they should.
I could not care less about anything now other than the fact that i just want to be done right by.
If you go onto the current Sythe thread for selling accounts, you will see the HCIMS 1700-1900s going for that much. I don't need to justify my account to Worthy Services, especially after seeing that they can't even read and look at pictures much by trying to say the account doesn't have barrows gloves (to Worthy, LMFAO.). Not taking into account other things such as the pets and banked XP.
I stand by my decision and will not be moving from $1100. I still feel i am the one being hard done by as i have spent close to that amount on the account (told staff i have the proof of services with transaction histories).
I also don't see the point in trying to come up with an unreasonable number as it's just delaying the whole process and to be honest i'm done with it, i just want what i'm owed.
If Worthy does not accept my offer of the $1100 then they can go ahead and rebuild the account to what it is.

I don’t accept your offer and I have no intentions to rebuild the account or work with you at all after your sexist and rude comments were made.
You had a right to be angry that the account died, but you did not have the right to take it out on my staff.
Grian was not authorized to even offer to rebuild account or override my TOS, which isn’t your problem but I have now reflected my tos to state this.

When workers die on accounts, if an account rebuild is offered, it’s offered at the expense of the worker. You’ve already stated you wouldn’t want Maria as a worker, and as of today she is no longer employed with us, so the account rebuild is not an option.
So I’ll wait for staff to decide on a fair number and we will go from there

For staff:

The account in the report we mentioned had more items, more levels, and more risk taken on the account.

Meanwhile this account had essentially zero risk taken, no end game items, and virtually no boss kc.

Mods were going to have that guy pay $900 as compensation. They settled for $700. It’s safe to say this account is 1/3 less valuable based solely off bank value. Even less if we take into account levels, risks taken and other things.

 

I also find it interesting that you are now claiming to have spent over $1100 on this account just on services but in the ticket said it was 2-3b.

I’ve spent CLOSE to it..a number i don’t need to disclose with you but if sythe staff want the proof, i’ve got all the transaction histories etc. i’ve also got your old worker, Worthy, who performed the services for me who will verify how much i had spent on this specific account.

The account you keep referring to is different to mine as i have MORE items that cost money and take time to achieve (full prospectors/rogues outfit etc) not to mention the banked XP i had which would’ve boosted those certain stats to even higher ttl lvl.

Employees of services are held liable if the employee messes up. IE. If the accounts banked is stolen and the employee says they did it, the service owner would refund for it.
In my case, the employee, Grian, said he would make me whole if they had died on the hcim, correct?
If Worthy and Chelsea were responsible owners in the discord, they could have at any point read that the employee said that in the ticket and corrected it before the account died, but they were obviously careless and obviously do not monitor the discord tickets. If they had, we would not be in this situation. I stand by my choice because thats what was promised to me.

@Pikachu I think the fact that he has sent these links goes to show how devalued my account has become as the first Ironman is only going for $350..i valued mine at $500 as an iron. The 2nd account is a 1900ttl Ironman with CG grinded out..the very next step to my account and it's going for $1250..how does my account not smash that out of the park as a HCIM? I could pay a service to do 3-400 CG kills on my account almost instantly as all thats needed is to do the quest SOTE and do the KC..
If you could please send me a breakdown of the price valuations (what you've valued my acc as a HCIM and as a IM to show the $600 difference.) Once i have seen this by a REPUTABLE SOURCE (anyone other than this donut Worthy) then i'll make MY decision.
