Smuggling is fixed.

The items are now untradeable.

You try and trade them, they will dissappear.

 

Doesn't mean it's fixed, just means you can't trade the item.

Nothing can be smuggled out any more, ALL methods have been patched.

There are still methods of trading the items, so if you really knew how to do it, you would get them yourself, and sell them from your own account.
