TYPE 1(MIN EXP: 500K MAX EXP: 3M) RATES: 0.20 for 100K experience
TYPE 2(MIN EXP: 500K MAX EXP: 2.5M) RATES: 0.25 for 100K experience
TYPE 3(MIN EXP: 100K MAX EXP 1M) 0.40 for 100K experience
