Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:
In regard to the Shy situation basically I was a host at Gem bets for a few years and there was another host called Shy who was a part of the clan as well. I loaned him a bunch of money and after quite a bit of time went by he decided he didn’t want to pay me back. Long story short we talked everyday and were close friends for a while and one day I lost a lot at the duel arena and trolled him saying he wouldn't be able to pay anyone out since I got cleaned. It was dark humor sure, but we trolled each other all the time and he knew it was a joke and took off with it and tried to extort or manipulate me, which I imagine was so he didn't have to owe me anything. Regardless clearly none of this was true as I never scammed anyone, no report has came forward of me owing anyone and I've been trusted with thousands and thousands of dollars for the past couple years even after this drama revolving my name and I've never done anyone wrong. As mentioned in the previous pardon I agree joking about stuff like this is stupid, but I just hope you look at the context of the situation to see it isn't how Shy portrayed it to be. The other case regarding Swan Swap as mentioned in the report was completely resolved ages ago as well.

Hey, So as for paying back the tbow stakes, I in total got a commision of 400m 07. Unfortunately with how the game is and the possibilty of people double name changing, I have no idea who the people actually were, so i wasn't able to refund them. That being said I know im in the wrong here and am happy to pay 400m 07, idk if sythe has a scammer victim section but maybe this could be used to pay back someone else who was affected? Let me know how you want me to proceed with this.

 

No It was on my old discord, which was deleted a while back, the guy who i mmed for was called "chris" he was a high rank in ELITE dm cc maybe u could ask him? that's the only thing I can think of to verify this.
