Detailed description of the events that took place and why you disagree with the decision:

I agree with some things and not so much with some others, first of all, I am still convinced that the rat who made the report scammed me, since as I go back and repeat, I know the OO very well and he would NEVER do that, he sold me like 2 more accounts, and so far 0 problems, I have that account rn, and 1 month has passed and it has not been recovered or anything, I am still convinced that the rat that reported me took advantage of my situation and got away with it ...
I will start first with that I agreed... I agree with the TWC that I received, since I know and I recognize that I deserved it, since I did a horrible commercial practice with my TOS, I learned the lesson and fixed with the help of "Pikachu" my TOS on my discord channel, and I know I deserved that TWC
But there is 1 thing that I disagree with, and that is, if it is supposed that as stated in the report "you cannot prove who did it" why did they force me to refund 100% of the account? that is to say... it did not seem fair to me that I had to refund 100% when it is not known who was the one who botting the account (said by yourselves), I hope you understand my point.
What really did not seem fair to me in this whole situation was that, since both the person who made the report and myself are supposed to be punished in an equitable manner, I hope I have explained my point a little better.
Thank god that report has been resolved, and I have learned from my mistakes, in summary: I have fixed my TOS, I do business practices in a better way, I am working on a new security system, and I just want you to know that I learned my lesson. and it won't happen again.
