TERMS OF SERVICE:

• No Refund Policy: All sales are final, and no refunds will be issued after the sale has been completed as.
• Limitation of Liability: I, the seller, am not responsible for any bans, mutes that may affect the account's playability after the sale. The buyer assumes all risks associated with the account's use, and any consequences resulting from the buyer's actions or violations of the game's terms of service.
• Exception to Limitation of Liability: Notwithstanding the general 'No Refund Policy' stated above, if there is a third party involved and or the account becomes locked, and the buyer is unable to unlock it within one month from the date of sale, I, the seller, agrees to issue a refund to the buyer. This refund will be processed upon confirmation that the buyer has made reasonable efforts to recover or unlock the account, and after the buyer has provided necessary evidence to the seller to support their claim. This exception is only applicable for a period of one month from the date of sale, and any issues arising after this time frame will not be eligible for a refund.
• Account Recovery: I, the seller, agree to provide assistance with account recovery if the buyer encounters any issues accessing the account, as long as the buyer has not resold the account to a third party. If the buyer resells the account, this account recovery support will be void, and I will not be responsible for any issues that may arise regarding the account's accessibility. The buyer is required to inform me of any account-related problems within a specified time frame from the date of purchase (e.g., 2 years of assistance), as agreed upon by both parties.
• Acceptance of Terms: By purchasing the account, the buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all the Terms of Service listed above.
