Thank you for resolving this peacefully.

Lastly, @YanLiLi please take note of the 2-hour rule. In this instance, you sent low fees (you sent .5$; 7$ for the 2nd and 3rd of May), and thus, brought your customer in a situation where he has to wait before receiving his funds. These times with high fees may be extraordinary, but you are an experienced seller, and shouldn't be ignoring rules. What you could have done alternatively:

-Communicated about the risks / ask the customer if he agrees to low fees
-Offered alternative payment methods
-Not taken the deal

No sanction will be placed, but let this be a warning. Unusual circumstances do not imply that rules are no longer valid.
