OSRS Account Recovery - Molly#4935 - UID 513894418202492938

I purchased an account off of a friend named Dumbaldore#1664 on discord his UID is 321209598449287168. The account got recovered i purchased this account through a discord called "Gl Fam" that server UID is 594714603930517504 the owner Gl fam#0913 UID 360251823317057536. This server had a #Cheaters section which has rec ently been deleted due to the situation at hand. It also had a "Vouched" and "Trusted Seller" roles which was allowed to sell accounts in the discord. I originally purchased this account from Dumbaldore and he got it from a guy in the gl fam discord named Molly#4935 - UID 513894418202492938 both of which had a vouched or trusted sellers rank. Molly says he cant recover the account etc but says he is the OO. Gl fam is saying dumbaldore recovered it but it sounds impossible for such actions as he isnt the OO. This also isnt the first account that has been sold in this server to be recovered. The Gl fam server has no TOS or agreement page which users react or agree upon to gain access to the #Cheaters channel which account sales are done in. Instead he has pinned messages in the channel which state only buy from the trusted and vouched roles it also says the server is not liable for any account sales. Which nobody has to agree these terms to access that channel and if you havent ever checked the pinned messages you would be oblivious to them.

please note I sold this account in private DM's to a friend and im compensating him for the loss as he was made aware i wasnt the OO but i feel it is my responsibility to make things right with him.

as far as i know Gl fam has one but the others im not sure.
