Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:

I don't know if the mods are the same but basically, I have a server where rs services are provided, some time ago some customers were scammed, I hid behind my ToS and never answered the reports because I thought they would always be in my favor, when I received a DNT It was like a slap in the face to realize that I was running a bad business, I agree with the decision made by the mods and I already paid for the damaged ones although in the threads I was not obliged to do so but I want to have the best with everyone and come back with new rules so that my mistake does not happen again. I want to run an honest business because I know that in the long run it's more money that way.

I was running a service discord server and I was very excited to be making money on my own, so much so that I ended up putting my interests above of my customers, which I now look back on with disappointment at myself because I was in denial and defensive mood because of the many scams that have tried to do me before, but I do not want this to stay like this because it had to happen to me to learn how badly my business I was running and finish plugging the holes through which bad scenarios could leak, I had taken a year break, I returned to my native country, I have my job for so I dont need to do this 24/7 like a crazy as before and I want to come back stronger and smarter than before.

Another thing I want to clarify is that now I am more aware of everything that was happening, which I wasn't before, I didn't know if the sythe was a way to make money or not, I just bumped the threads, received services like crazy, almost I didn't even sleep until the reports came out and it was like a reality check to ground me and get my business running right and not like the incompetent crap I used to do.

I am not a bad person, I have never scammed, paid all reports agaisnt me I just had a bad practice of account services with bad workers, taking into consideration that almost 3 years have passed since the DNT I think I have learned my lesson and it is a mistake that won't happen twice, I just beg for a second chance to comeback to help sythe as much as I can.
I have been working without stumbling with proof (more than 300) which I feel could help my words have a little more weight. Sorry for my english, always learning.

List of things I will keep in mind to improve my service:

-Inform the customer that any valuables should be removed from the account
-Do no take accounts with high bank values even if its ironman
-Get customers to PM details of the account directly to worker and not in ticket
-Make sure to make my customer check their attached account after a service is complete
-Ive learned from others and now I see how incompetent I was and I hope to never be again
-Reply all reports inmediattly, not hide behind my tos and try to listen both parts, worker and customer so we dont get to the point of having a report again
