Requesting a pardon

I tried to make things right with mustang. I told him I can't provide anymore recovery details.
and if he would like a refund. he did not. I asked him id buy it back for a premium, he still declined.
I don't feel like its justified that I am do not traded, when put alot of effort in trying to fix this. I explained to mustang that the only person who can recover the account is the original owner, not me. I made it aware of the scenerio that if it gets recovered, I can't garentee I can even get it recovered again. I made everything absolutely clear. And he still wants the account. I dont feel like its justified anymore as I came 100 percent clean to him on what will happen if it gets recovered. The only thing I can do is to refund, or hes going to have to take that risk.
