How they scammed:
Begin January 2023, Cryalics made a proposal, which went like this: if you can sell $5000 of server wallet for me within the 2 weeks, you will get $1000.
In the first week, I had sold $4000 worth of server wallet for him, so I had another week to sell $1000 worth of server wallet. But in the middle of the 2 weeks, Cryalics sold the server to a new owner so he broke our contract. To this I said of "okay I have now sold $4000 of server wallet, which is 4/5ths of the contract so I would like to get 4/5ths of the payment as well"

this would equate to $800 of which he only gave $150 "because he felt bad"

In his eyes he doesn't want to pay anything more because I didn't fulfill the contract him while I didn't get the chance to fulfill it because he sold between 2 weeks in the server.

Other relevant trade screenshots: I dont have much proof cause every text was on another discord account, which got banned. but i got him confirming about the deal.

I stand by what I had said, I do not feel that Wolfie is obligated to any money at all.

At the time the deal was made I owned Elite Ranks.Although While this deal was going on I had sold the server making Wolfie unable to complete the deal which voids the deal entirely.

We have never made a deal in which I would owe him a portion of the $1k. It is true that he sold 4k in one week, but nothing is certain and I don’t know if he could’ve met the requirements of the deal we had in place.

Lastly iAndroid17 an Admin in Elite Ranks favored my opinion.

 

Thank you for dealing with this, please deal with it asap if possible. I don’t like being accused for being a “scammer” by someone who has lured in the past.

Hi @BlackBlasses, not 100% sure if it's relevant to this discussion, but because I was a part of the quoted message that you're reviewing, I just wanted to mention that I did refund the $450 to @RS Crown for a completely different reason than what was mentioned before, but nonetheless, it was refunded.

Just wanted to mention that. Hopefully this all gets resolved soon but from my perspective I have issued a refund to the current server owner.

I’m not sure why @RS Crown has to pay cryalics his debt. I sold server wallet for cryalics (directly into his own crypto wallet, this money was not use for the server or anything)

I’m pretty sure cryalics is the only person in this situation that should pay the remaining $650.

Almost all hosts of elite ranks knew about this deal and I’ll also tell them to confirm it here in this thread.

As stated above, my discord account got banned, so all information about the deal is not available anymore. But isn’t a confirmation from cryalics himself enough to proof that this deal was made before the server got sold?

Again, cryalics never mentioned this deal when he sold the server to @RS Crown so he shouldn’t be the one paying me since he was unaware of it.

I also asked some ranks that knew about the deal to reply on this thread.

 

The deal was not on behalf of the company, it was a deal just to finance his own pocket. Because @RS Crown didn’t receive any of the $4000 that I sold. Cryalics asked me to transfer it to him and a couple hours later he sold the server.

Means cryalics sold the server for x money and the $4000 wasn’t reduced from it. (I know this because 5wap/ rs crown wasn’t even aware of the deal I had with cryalics)

Brings me to the confusion why rs crown should be in charge of the remaining $650, while this deal was with cryalics himself.. just to put the profit into his own pocket and so he could sell the server with an insanely high server wallet + take the sale profits from the wallet.

(he bought the server for with 200b ish server wallet (means total amount spread over all bettors) and cryalics sold the server with over 800b in server wallet)

Hi I'm one of the newer admins in Elite Ranks.

Hope I'm replying to this thread correctly as I've never personally used sythe, excuse me if I'm not but I was made aware of this whole thread recently too. Screenshots of me are already provided at the beginning discussing their contract and sharing my own opinion.

I have been asked to confirm that I knew about this deal which I did a few months ago just after Cryalics had sold back the server back to RScrown and it was only recently brought up again as one of the parties felt unjust about how the contract was handled.

Hello I am Ace007 an ex Admin from Elite Ranks, I stepped down last week.
Wolfie dm'd me asking me to respond in this scythe report.
I worked as admin under Cryalics and 5wap. I found out about the deal a few days after the deal was made between Cryalics and Wolfie, from what I understood about the agreement, they had specific requirements that needed to be hit to fulfil the agreement they had. Those conditions weren't met, therefore Cryalics shouldn't be held responsible for paying anything to Wolfie.
