Detailed description of the events that took place and why you disagree with the decision:
Customer's account was being trained by a supervisor of mine, account was then banned before completion. The worker wasn't posting update runelite pics and were lost when he changed to a new PC.
I take responsibility for not keeping track of this order (I was away during the time the account was banned) & also for not refunding them for the remaining skills missing in a timely manner. I have fully refunded them for the remaining work that wasn't completed.

Anything else you wish to say:

Since the twc I have talked to all my workers and required them to keep all runelite photos even if changing Pc's and to update our clients as often as possible. This is my first dispute on sythe in over 3 years being very active in sythe marketplace (selling accs, services etc). Thanks for reading and let me know if I need to do anything else to remove the Twc.
