Explanation of the trade: Paid $960 for numerous stats to be leveled while I was on a deployment. While on a navy deployment I check my discord to get an update of the account progression and I got a message from them saying that my account was banned. As previously stated I'm deployed so I'm out to sea where there is no internet connection and had not logged into the account since august of when the service started, Camuzx was the only one who had access to my account and the only one who was playing. I check my account status and sure enough its permanently banned due to Macroing Major. Appeal was Denied. Tried to get assistance afterwards and was just told dm on twitter. I joined some Plugin and macro discords to see if any of the workers in Meta were in them and sure enough the man working on my account is in one of the biggest plugin discord servers there are, and with proof to the owner of the discord vnv, he just said we dont use plugins.

How they scammed: Used Macro's on my 2240+ Main and got it permanently banned after paying $960 BTC for the service while i was deployed

So to start off this, this account started being serviced on august 2021. Progress was fine and to be completed soon. Then right as around the account was to be completed, in Janaury of 2022, the account got hit with a macro major ban. I tried to assist the customer in getting an appeal completed with jagex but it was denied. Also I advised them to contact jagex support on twitter to look into the ban (In the past I've had this work) but it was to no avail.

Due to the nature of services (which are against jagex ToS), sometimes bans like this occur. And to my knowledge, clients who do get flagged get a 'macro' ban for services trained on their account. This was the first time Camuzx has gotten an account macro banned in the past 3 years that I've worked with him and obviously he was upset.


Also our ToS rule #6 in our server states:
"Any infractions to accounts while doing services are not our responsibility."


Also during the service, the client's mule was RWT banned and therefore the IP and the account was flagged. Our accounts weren't banned.



As you can see, they have a bot busting moderate ban just a few days prior to the RWT ban on their mule also according to the gyazo they posted:



No scam was done, Work was about to be completed on time and just unfortunately account was false banned and unable to get reinstated.

Also the same worker completed a 70-99 RC and 70-99 Mining order for the customer before this order and he was pretty happy about it. (No 'macro' ban occurred)

No refund was provided, been on deployment most of this year and there aren’t any screenshots in the ticket showing the progress, the order was almost completed tho with only slayer and prayer being left to get to 99, slayer was at 93 and prayer was at 90. Yes my alt was rwt banned but this was many months before and it’s an entirely different ip than my main. Camuzx was the only person on my account for almost 6 months. Rule #6 says we aren’t responsible sure but this is the most scam scapegoat I’ve ever seen. I can bot your account but my tos say it’s not my problem. Makes 0 sense. I will say VNV is right in some areas, the same worker has worked my account before and no bans and I was pleased, hence why I put in a huge order before my deployment, but things get passed over, so just because 99 runecrafting and mining wasn’t banned , doesn’t mean anything . The ban happened 4 months after my alt was banned. 4 months of camuzx being the only person on my account. I feel he is 100% responsible for the account being banned, I’m looking for a refund on the order or an account of my owning being leveled to the stats of what my account had, so around 2200 total.

 

Correction to the reply above, 99 prayer and slayer were not on the order, 99 agility , hunter, fishing, we’re not completed as far as I know, like I said though the ticket tool hadn’t shown and screenshots of updates so I’m not exact on what was left, I do know the account was over 2200 total though

The last message they ever sent me was 53 days before it was banned, and it wasn’t a screenshot of the accounts stats. As seen in the ticket tool

 

I only see 1 fishing level, 4 cooking levels, and 5 firemaking levels at the last screenshot updates of an order that included
78-99agil, 77-99smith, 85-99 firemaking, 88-99 cooking, 74-99 hunter , 81-99 fishing, 76-99 thieve , 79-99wc. So unless vnv has other screenies, I should be refunded for those levels. I do believe camuzx was in the 80s in agility cause I know he had messaged me about it, not sure the exact level though

 

So unfortunately since this order was over a year ago my worker has since changed computers and lost the runelite progress photos since then. I have a log of speaking to them on discord after the said ban and he told me that only 90-99 thieving and 96-99 hunter was missing. I'm fine to refund these particular skills. Again this was my fault not keeping full track of this, and my worker should have been posting regular updates in the ticket. Obviously since thhen I have been more strict with this.



So lets say the job started in august 2021, and the account was banned in january of 2022, you are claiming only 1 fishing level, 4 cooking levels, and 5 firemaking levels were completed in that time. This is very unreasonable. Im fine to refund partially but I will not be refunding the whole 960$ or whatever is said to be missing. This is a very awkward situation and I don't understand why you didn't file a report with sythe beforehand and waited about 1 year to do so.

Also On Oct 25, 2021 The worker gave him an estimated time of it being about 1 extra month completion time in the ticket, how can my worker finish all of the claimed missing levels in one month?


Again, I feel very sorry for the customer and this situation since it's a very rare and odd one. But claiming that only 6 levels were completed since the beginning of the order is just baffling. I have been on sythe offering runescape services for over 3 years and this is the only dispute I have had to deal with since then.

I’m not claiming that only 6 levels were done I’m just saying that’s the last update I saw. Also why was that on January 28, 2022
You hadn’t messaged me since January 4, 2022 and I told you it was denied on January 8, 2022 with no response. Seems sus, The reason I hadn’t made a report is like I saw in my first post I’d been on deployment most of the year, and I didn’t know if you guys scammed me or not, then I got messages later on saying other people had been banned using your services, and so I decided to make the post.

 

And yeah you have me a complete date of 1 month left on October 25. Which would mean, November 25. He wasn’t even done in January when he said it was banned, so it is completely reasonable that the account was being pushed off. Then in an effort to speed up the progress because it had been well over the month he said, he used macros or bots to train. Thus leading to the account being banned. @vnv hows $600 refund sound.

 

Not that I have , the last I saw was in October ish which is shown in our transaction logs. I had never seen that discord messaged vnv sent til now, and it’s weird it’s dated a month after the ban, a month after we had even spoke.

 

These were in private messages after the ban occurred. I was asking what was completed so I could pay him for the work he did. I will double check in a few hours with my worker if he has any other information.

 

So according to Crystalmathlabs on the account here is the stats that were completed. Again looks like hunter and thieving were left out so here you go @Techie

So @Techie thinking about what I said earlier I don’t consider crystal math labs proof. This could have been botted which resulted in the ban. Shouldn’t he have to provide the levels done on runelite or regular client?
