I don't actually play Runescape, what do you mean an alert for when the GE updates? If you mean a notice for when your item is sold in the GE, that counts as Runescape communication which I won't do. Not making a packet sniffer after all ^_^

 

Na, the GE updates everyday, thats when prices change, its very important to merchers, flippers, and snipers. ( Although i cant remember why haha)

Yea, there are some performance bugs on startup and some controls render oddly on the main window. I'm recreating it and shortening down the window content, so there'll be a dramatic speed increase for build 3 (0.3.0).

As for a fix, make sure you have the proper framework (3.5 SP1 or 4.0). If you do, then when loading the client click elsewhere or open another window as it loads, this seemed to void the issue for me at least.

Hello everyone, like I mentioned above, I'm remaking the client as we speak so that it is much faster and so that it looks prettier ^_^

Here's a little sneak peak of what it looks like so far:



I'll be adding some icons and stuff like the ones that are in Build 2, but match the themes that I'm going to add. Hopefully I'll also have a theme designer by next release for you guys to be able to make your own themes

How do I load up RuneScape? If you have to press that blue play button it does nothing for me.

You need to wait a few seconds after pushing the play button, the client has problems loading Java, but the new version I have planned for release sometime next week loads everything just fine and is far faster as a whole.

Yes, VB2010, and the way you make one is the same way that you make them in any other version too. Split the plain text array of numbers the site references to and parse them into categories for each skill/game. You could make a 2D array within the application to have a cell for each skill too if you wanted.
