Anybody wanna open up a forum with me?

Not really sure if this is aloud or is in the right spot, if not please close or move this.

Now onto it, I've been really bored lately and decided to try and open up a new forum, this will obviously be easier with another person. I'm not really sure what type of forum I want to open, so I'm also open for suggestions. I have a nulled vB that I can upload, be we would need to find a reliable web host first.

I already found someone but you are welcome to join. We were thinking a forum with the main focus being overall gaming, but include a variety of other things.

 

I'm in the forums market, I would suggest you stay away from the "gaming" niche as it's terribly flooded and you will never get any significant traffic.

Other than that, PLEASE stay away from zetaboards or webs.com as you can't take your database (what holds all the forum data) when you're moving to a bigger host if your forum starts to grow. Also you don't have access to any important forum files which is sometime required to create some great styles or install a mod.

A quick update, we have pretty much decided on the final 3 owners, the last one is still being decided at this moment actually. Bro, just buy a hosting package. You can get a domain, unlimited everything or whatever for something like $8 a month. So cheap.

You can also smack adsense shit all over it if your worried about payment.

I have found the partners that I want pretty much, but PM me or add me if you already haven't and want to be part of the forum I.E. regular member or even staff.

What do you mean by nulled? And I agree with the other poster that said the gaming niche is flooded. New gaming forums will only survive if you have some sort of genius plan to get users off the old forums and into the new. I've learned from experience that members don't just move from one forum to another unless they have an incentive. Work on the first few thousand posts, and good luck!
