Kahl; I think he and probably a few generals stock up on the item worth of bills, then sell it to the ranks, how much ever is said, then they release it to the public, to keep it rising. I'm also interested, but:

- At the start of the merch, if i buy a recruit rank, i will recieve 10m of the merch item.

- 24 Hours before the dump, I will show my stock, and dump it with other ranks.

- If for some reason, my items does not sell in G.E, Would you buy it from me?
