@Veteran of Runescape, as mentioned there are fully automated autobumpers. We allow $300+ donors to use them, it's a perk.
However, people need to obtain one themselves. I remember seeing some for free in the past, so look around in the software section, if this is something that you decide to get.

Imagine how much business you miss by not having your threads bumped and evaluate whether it is a good investment for you.

 

I’d certainly suggest clearing the TWC first if you’re viewing the bumper as a business boost.
