Agreed; or a sports section of some sort. If there is a Literary Arts section, there needs to be one of these.

I Support im getting sick of people going on about their cyber 8 packs..Some people on here such as my self actually know what a dumbbell is id like to see a forum where we can share our workout regimes and dieting ideas, Maybe get a special rank for like "PitBull" or something if you are a leader like user education :D

I support. I believe this will give great information on what workouts would be best to fit certain type of results that the person is trying to achieve.
We should put in information on workout techniques, supplements that you could buy (i.e protein supplements *N.O Xpload, etc.)
Friends of mine are intense at working out, and I have just recently been getting into it for the past few months now, and I have a little bit of experience in this sort of field if you may call it for testing such supplements.
We should inform people of the gains and side effects of the use of these things aswell, for example .. Creatine. A supplement that you may take to make yourself look tone. This supplement fills your muscles with water, and if you don't drink enough in a day, you could suffer kidney stones etc.
    Just information like that^,
    good idea.

EDIT: This would also eliminate some of the useless guides on how to become fit, etc.

That'd be unfortunate, but I'm sure there'll be decent traffic, especially if you include talk on sports.

We could alternatively allow the discussion of diet and exercise in the personal support forum.

I support, but definitely have a sports talk open on this forum as well or it'd be completely useless. I think actually the better idea would be to have a sports forum with physical activity included in it.

That's just my opinion though, and either way I support it.
