    i feel they delay it on purpose, no email responses. questions that dont make sense, have DMed them on every social platform and im still getting no response, he said he will put someone to the case that is not true, its the same person who was replying to me.

    I understand the process is inconvenient for you but escalating your concern is about everything I can do with this since the disbursement process is handled by a different team. I will not be here to argue if an assigned person on your case is "true" or not, because there really is and I'm sorry you think that way. I will be following it up again.

    If you have grievances to air about this, feel free to do so but I will not be engaging them and instead I will just be escalating this again to the team to ask them for a follow-up.

    Hello again, VirtGold. Have you been able to withdraw the funds? I checked, for example, order 9977426 - the disbursement isn't withdrawn yet. You may need to do that so it starts being processed.

    I checked and you currently have an open ticket with us: 1233046. Please feel free to ask our personnel there if you need help with your disbursement, they can definitely assist you with it.

    I received an “Action Required for Disbursement” email, but I have never changed any disbursement details for nearly a year, and had been receiving my disbursements fine up until last Friday. I haven’t received todays disbursement. Could you please advise if this was an email sent in error, or is there truly an issue with the disbursement?

    I tried re-updating the disbursement account to the exact same ACH details I have on it right now, but it wouldn’t let me change it and kept saying to try after a few hours.

    Hi Zirak. I checked and there seems to be an email change with your account recently. The email you previously used was associated with an older disbursement account, so it could have prompted our system to notify you that the disbursement account is being changed. However, your disbursement account remains the same. I checked order 10021121 and your original disbursement account is still applied (to confirm yes, it's ACH).

    Sorry about this, I'll notify the web team that there seems to be an issue with recognizing the email.
