Paying for a picture

Yo, so I have this band with my friends called Assaulting Pedestrians, and I'm willing to pay for someone to make what is basically album art.

If I like it, I'll buy it. Please try and keep it simple and clean, I don't need seizure inducing art. Just like a picture of a (high res please) street in a city, maybe some people, maybe not. And in simple, yet effective, white text, just Assaulting Pedestrians there.

If someone could just get a start, I can probably give you what I mean as to the tailoring parts.

I do like the picture used, but not the text. The text Jut0z used I like better, but I prefer your picture over his.

The picture is kinda meh for me, but the text is close.

For both of you, if you could do an effect with the text, it would be amazing. As long as the text 'blends' and is clean and simple, it will be a very tough decision. I might get both.

Just a picture of a city from a street view would probably work.

jutoz, i think you´re using the wrong dimensions .. an album cover is 12cmx12cm

well yeah, ik but no point in re-sizing it if its not chosen yet, if he chooses it ill re-size it lol

 

you wanna re-size a small picture into a bigger picture ??? .. that won't come out right man ,, you'll loose quality,

What do you mean it can't be done? you can re-size any image if you know how lol. You can resize a picture down to the size of a pixel or the size of a billboard.

Yea, but if you make a smaller picture bigger it looses his quality ..

 

lol, it won't lose quality if u distort it correctly.

 

Unless you saved it as a smart object, then yes it will.

Also, tone down the text. I want it extremely simple, with a good picture. That picture is really cool, but there's only one guy.

I'm going to think this through and make a decision. Make any changes you think it absolutely needs.

 

I wasn't able to make a clear decision based on the pictures.

Based on the pictures available, let's just go for the really unique look, because no good pictures are able to be found apparently. Choosing them in the vein of Draggoon's selection would be a blessing.

 

Is this paid/how much?
