Just do penguins, soul wars, achievement diarys, quests and lamps.
Just keep trying and you will do it.

 

Ring of recoil tasks to 25, then soulwars and peng it up from there. Although you need to win fist of guthix tokens for dragon slayer gloves, so i'm not particularly sure if you would want to go through that many games.

 

you guys are avoiding the fact that he could recoil monsters... he will never get any high leveled monsters mostly rats or something.. that's how the old school slayer skillers did it

But, id sw it.

 

Don't stop using penguins at 25. Do penguins / EXP lamps until AT LEAST 40, then soul wars.

 

swept away gives 10 bowls of goulish that give exp i believe

 

fremmnik diary gives a 5k exp lamp aswell
