Appeal For My Unban

He Scammed Accounts Which Were Recovered,which was months ago,it dont know exactly who he scammed,if their still on sythe,or if ic an contact them via msn,but he old scammed 2 accounts,which both got recovered from their owners.

Anyways.

-I didnt scam anyone nor do i ever plan to.
-The people who he scammed recovered their account.
-The Kid doesn't come on Msn anymore his old msn was "[email protected]" I've kept him added for the few months i wasnt on sythe because i didnt use my msn.

I'd Be Greatful also if i couldnt be unbanned and you could give me a (Trade With Caution)

I dont 'Plan' on scamming/hacking/or any sort of matter,i plan on re-opening some buisness and making some cash from them

He wants to add he has attempted to contact everyone scammed, but they're all banned and don't get on their MSN's.

Any ideas on what to do, anyone?

 

I told Skele to talk to him since I don't know all this scamming stuff... If he can't contact them in any way and they are banned then I don't see why he should remain banned but IDK how we normally handle this. D:

 

I've got to go at the moment, but we should gather everyone who got scammed (by the hacker) and message them. If they do not reply within a week or so we can unban him and if they decide to reply back, then allow him to repay what was scammed.

Edit: If they're banned on Sythe (this guy isn't: http://www.sythe.org/showthread.php?t=692976) then I'm not sure.

Also, you were banned last year September, why'd you wait 8 months to dispute?

Well I've only found one scammer report (the one he was banned for: http://www.sythe.org/showthread.php?t=692976) and that user has not been on Sythe since March 10th.

I say we unban him and if the user who got scammed shows up again, Seasons Skill will have to repay what was scammed by the hacker.

 

^Attempt to contact the dude how ever you can and if the person doesn't respond then unban him.

 

In a normal case I probably would've gone with an unban, but it has been eight months so I agree with you.

You could have just been waiting until he left/quit Sythe.

Let's say he does pay what the hacker scammed for to someone who can hold the money. If any of the scammed people appears, the money held will be sent to them.

 

A TwC wouldn't be of much use. It seems suspicious for you to have waited so long before disputing, and that you conveniently waited until the person who reported you to have seemingly leave Sythe.

You obviously knew he reported you since it was in your ban reason.

 

Only his msn was hacked I believe.

 

Then why would he post asking to get added if and then "forgetting" about it? It doesn't make sense.

I'm not really concerned about whether he got hacked or not, but why he would wait until now (when the person accusing him left) to dispute his ban.
